Green Tax: Please note a US$6 Green Tax per person, per night applies and is not included in your package. Payable directly to the hotel. From 1 January 2025, the Green Tax increases to be US$12 per person, per night.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served buffet-style at Air from 7.30am to 10.30am, or served a la carte at Stars for guests of the Coco Residences from 8am to 12pm.
• Lunch is served buffet at Air from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
• For guests of the Coco Residences, lunch is served a la carte at Stars from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
• Dinner is served buffet at Air 7pm to 9.30pm.
• For guests of the Coco Residences, dinner is served a la carte at Stars from 7pm to 9.30pm.
• All-inclusive dining does not include beach BBQs, wine dinners, in-villa dining and other private events.
• In-villa minibar includes soft drinks and water only, replenished daily. All other items and any additional consumption will be charged.
• Free-flow drinks include an unlimited selection of international wines (from France, Chile, Italy, Argentina and South Africa), standard brands spirits, beer, liquor, cocktails, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, mineral water and a variety of tea and coffee. Free-flow drinks are available at Latitude from 11am to 12am.
• Free-flow drinks are also available at Star 11am to 12am for guests booked at Coco Residences.
• Unlimited drinks are served by the glass during dinner at Aqua and Stars restaurants from 6.30pm to 11.30pm for all guests (reservations are recommended). All drinks are served by the glass and are not allowed to be taken to the villas.
• The resort reserves the right to modify the meal plans as needed. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
• One private sunset cruise includes sparkling wine and canapes. Pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.
• One 45-minute signature massage at Coco Spa (for 8+ night stays) is a Coco Fusion Massage. Pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.
• 20% discount on the Coco Fusion massage at Coco Spa only applies when booked within 24 hours of check-in.

Dining Credit Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Guests receive dining credits for specialty restaurants, in addition to complimentary dinner inclusions.
• The daily credit can be redeemed at any venue outside the Air restaurant.
• US$50 per adult, per day for lunch and US$70 per adult, per day for dinner.
• For additional children, US$25 per child, per day for lunch and US$35 per child, per day for dinner.
• The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The credit is non-cumulative, meaning that if it is not used within the same day, it will not carry over or combine with the credit from the following day.

Speedboat Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Roundtrip speedboat transfers for two people.
  Coco Bodu Hithi is a 40-minute trip from Malé International Airport (MLE) by private speedboat.
• Upon landing at Malé International Airport (MLE), the team will be on hand to assist with getting to the transfer.
• Speedboat transfers operate 24 hours.
• Guests are invited to provide international flight details to reservations at least seven days before arrival to arrange transfers.
