Itinerary:

Day 1, Airport – Negombo 

Once arrived you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel in Negombo.

Overnight in Negombo

Day 2, Negombo – Dambulla

After breakfast proceed to Dambulla and visit the fish market and taste coconut toddy. After do a traditional village tour & experience authentic Sri Lankan village before enjoying a local lunch. In the afternoon visit Dambulla cave temple & Golden temple before checking into the hotel for dinner.

Overnight in Dambulla

Day 3, Dambulla 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting Dambulla wholesale vegetable market and enjoying buffalo curd. in the afternoon visit Sigiriya lion rock before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 4, Dambulla – Kandy 

After breakfast proceed to Kandy and visit Matale spice garden and enjoy a demonstration about use of traditional Sri Lankan spices. Enjoy a Sri Lankan lunch followed by a visit to Kandy sacred temple before checking into the hotel and enjoying dinner.

Overnight in Kandy

Day 5, Kandy 

Breakfast at the hotel before visiting Peradeniya royal garden. Enjoy Kandyan dance performance before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 6, Kandy – Bandarawela

After breakfast proceed to Bandarawela and enjoy a hill country train journey. Visit the tea factory and have a tea plucking experience before checking into the hotel and prepare the dinner with Appu.

Day 7, Bandarawela

Prepare breakfast with Appu and enjoy traditional Tamil cuisine with a local family. In the afternoon visit a tea plantation before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 8, Bandarawela – Yala 

After breakfast proceed to Yala and enjoy coconut roti and jackfruit curry of Sri Lankan’s village people. In the afternoon do a Yala wildlife safari before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 9, Yala – Mirissa 

After breakfast proceed to Mirissa, once arrived dine-in on fresh seafood with a fishermans family. After lunch visit Galle Dutch fort, taste street foods and then check into the hotel for dinner.

Overnight in Mirissa

Day 10, Mirissa

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel followed a morning a leisure. In the afternoon visit stilt fishing before enjoying dinner at the hotel.

Day 11, Mirissa – Colombo 

After breakfast proceed to Colombo, once arrived do a Colombo city tour before visiting the vegetable and fruit markets. In the afternoon enjoy some street foods and crab for dinner at Ministry of Crabs.

Overnight in Colombo

Day 12, Colombo – Departure

After breakfast proceed to the airport for departure.
