Itinerary:

Day 1, Airport – Negombo 

Once arrived you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel.

Overnight in Negonbo

Day 2, Negombo 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting Negombo fish market and watching a cooking demonstration. Dine in on fresh seafood with a fishermans family where you will taste coconut toddy. Then back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3, Negombo – Dambulla 

After breakfast proceed to Dambulla and taste Pol roti & King coconuts before doing a traditional village tour and experiencing authentic Sri Lankan village culture and cuisine. Enjoy lunch at the local village before visiting Dambulla cave temple and golden temple. After make your way to the hotel for check in and dinner.

Day 4, Dambulla

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting Dambulla wholesale vegetable market and enjoying buffalo curd. Prepare lunch at a local home before doing a Minneriya wildlife safari followed by dinner back at the hotel.

Day 5, Dambulla – Trincomalee 

After breakfast proceed to Trincomalee. Once arrived enjoy the rest of the day at leisure before having dinner at the hotel.

Day 7, Trincomalee – Kandy 

After breakfast proceed to Kandy. Once arrived visit matale spice garden & enjoy demonstrations about the use of traditional Sri Lankan spices. Enjoy a Sri Lankan lunch before visiting Kandy sacred temple and heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 8, Kandy 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before a visit to a wholesale vegetable market, followed by a Kandy city tour and taste junk food before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 9, Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya and enjoy a hill country train journey and visiting the tea plantation to enjoy a tea plucking experience. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before your Nuwara Eliya city tour & taste of street foods, after check into your hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 10, Nuwara Eliya – Colombo

After breakfast proceed to Colombo before tasting traditional Tamil cuisine with a local family. After enjoy a Colombo city tour and visit the vegetable & fruits markets before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 11, Colombo 

After breakfast do a Colombo city tour before enjoying some street foods and crab for dinner at Ministry of Crabs.
