Novotel Surfers Paradise is dedicated to enhancing our facilities to improve your experience, with exciting upgrades currently underway, including façade work.

Pool Access:

Closure Hours: The pool will be closed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays while work is being conducted on the side of the tower.
Alternative Pool: During these hours, guests are welcome to enjoy the pool at Mantra Legends, just a short 300m walk from the hotel.
Our Pool: The pool will reopen daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and is fully open on weekends.
Noise Considerations:

We’re keeping noise to a minimum, and limiting it to during work hours.
Special Considerations:

During school holidays (14 December 2024 – 27 January 2025) and special events, there will be no façade work, and the pool will be open without restrictions.
While the schedule provided is current, dates may change due to weather or other factors. We will promptly notify you of any adjustments.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
