Itinerary:
Day 1
Today you will be pick up from your home and transferred to the Ballina for your flight to Africa via Sydney and Singapore.
Day 2 – Johannesburg to George
On arrival at Johannesburg airport, clear emigration and customs, before making our way to the domestic terminal for our flight to George, Western Cape. On arrival in George, we will be met by our guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free time. Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight: Protea Hotel King George or similar.
Day 3 – George to Knysna
After breakfast, depart from George via Wilderness until the Knysna Elephant Park for our first wildlife experience.
The Knysna Elephant Park (est. 1994) was the first facility in South Africa to house and care for orphaned African elephants. Over the last twenty years, the park has cared for and raised more than forty elephants. These animals include relocated animals, orphaned calves, and elephants rescued from culls. Some have become part of the resident herd, others have moved onto other reserves and facilities in the Western and Eastern Cape, depending on their personalities, bonds with other animals and welfare needs.
In the afternoon, enjoy Knysna lagoon cruise followed by dinner at the waterfront.

Day 4 – Knysna to Oudthsoorn
After breakfast depart from Knysna, driving north via the famous Outeniqua Pass, one of the most famous mountains passes in the Western Cape providing you with sweeping views and unforgettable scenery.
Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the country. This industry began in 1880, when the ladies from Europe and America discovered their love for ostrich feathers. The houses of the rich “Ostrich Barone” adorn the cityscape of Oudtshoorn and can still be seen today. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 – Oudtshoorn
After breakfast visit the Cango Caves, the Cango wildlife park. Enjoy lunch and tour of the Ostrich Safari farm before returning to hotel. Dinner is included.

Day 6 – Oudtshoorn to Cape Town
After breakfast depart from Oudtshoorn to the mother city of Cape Town. Dinner is included at the hotel.

Day 7 – Cape Town
This morning enjoy a Cape Town city tour with Signal Hill views of the mother city. Continue to explore the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.
Continue to the Cape Winelands to enjoy lunch, wine tasting and cellar tour at one of the local wine estates, before returning to the hotel later afternoon.

Day 8 – Cape Town
Today you will take a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Enjoy a short cruise to Seal Island. Discover the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve. Visit the penguin’s colony living at the Boulders Beach. Enjoy a SEAFOOD lunch. Return to our hotel late afternoon

Day 9 – Cape Town
Full day at leisure and may be one of the other optional tours:
Optional 1: Take a trip to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years in prison & Table Mountain (Aerial cableway tickets excluded) – Subject to weather conditions. If not possible to take the cableway we will drive with the coach to Signal Hill for a magnificent view of the city.
Optional 2: Dive with sharks with transport, Breakfast, light lunch, all equipment

Day 10 – Cape Town to Kruger Park
After breakfast transfer from the hotel to the airport for our flight to MQP Kruger Park Airport. Met by our new driver & coach. Enter the Kruger Park for an afternoon game viewing in the coach. Make our way to our hotel for overnight.

Day 11 – Kruger Park to Private Game Reserve
After breakfast depart for the Hoedspruit recharge project for a tour before making our way to our Private Game Reserve. We will continue our journey until our Private Game Reserve. Check-in and after some refreshments, depart on our afternoon Safari in 4WD open vehicles, returning to the lodge after dark for our dinner.

Day 12 – Private Game Reserve
Early morning 4WD safari. Return to the lodge for Breakfast. Followed by a free optional bush walk. Lunch at the lodge, before some free time to relax, before departing again for our second 4WD safari returning to the lodge for dinner.

Day 13 – Private Game Reserve to Johannesburg
Early morning 4WD safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. We will drive to Hoedspruit endangered species project for an amazing visit, before making our way back to Johannesburg. Check in at our hotel. Dinner is included.

Day 14 – Johannesburg to Soweto
After breakfast, enjoy an orientation tour of Pretoria, followed by Soweto with a lunch at a local family house and Johannesburg CBD before returning to our hotel.

Day 15 – Johannesburg to Victoria Falls
Private transfer from hotel to airport for our flight Johannesburg – Victoria falls.
Zimbabwe (USD30.00 PER PERSON WILL BE PAYABLE AT THE AIRPORT FOR THE ZIMBABWE VISA).
Met on arrival and transfer to our hotel for check-in and some free time to explore the resort and the town 19H00 transfer to the village for a Boma with dances / drums show Dinner.

Day 16 – Victoria Falls
After breakfast, we will depart to experience the “magic” of the falls during a guided tour.
Victoria Falls presents a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, forming the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It was described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800’s as ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ – ‘The Smoke that Thunders’.
Afternoon is at leisure. We have some FLIGHT OF ANGELS (Helicopter flight over the falls). Dinner at the hotel.

Day 17 – Victoria Falls to Kasane Botswana
After breakfast, depart for one hour drive to the Botswana boarder and Transferred to the lodge for check in. Afternoon 4WD safari in Chobe National Park. Dinner and Breakfast are included.

Day 18 – Chobe National Park to Kasane
An exciting morning 4wd safari gives you the opportunity to approach Africa’s wild animals from the far, to do various wildlife observations and to discover the diversity and fascination of nature. Following the Game Drive, you will enjoy a hearty breakfast at your lodge and the next few hours are at your leisure.
Lunch at the lodge and in the afternoon, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Chobe River, you can experience more fascinating game viewing from the water and if you are lucky, get close to the impulsive Hippos. Since the shallow boats have little draft, you can go directly to the shore and watch the various animals (buffalo, antelope, crocodile, Comorian, white-tailed eagle, waterbuck) without disturbing them. You may also be crossing an elephant family making their way through the river. A perfect end to the day! Full board and all game activities.

Day 19 – Kasane to Johannesburg
Our final 4WD safari, followed by breakfast, before our transfer to the back to Zimbabwe at the Victoria Falls airport for our flight to Johannesburg. Arrival in Johannesburg met and private transfer to your hotel. AFRICA FAREWELL DINNER.

Day 20 – Johannesburg to Singapore
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for our flight home.
Day 21 – Sydney
Upon arrival back in Sydney, we will collect our bags and pass through customs. Once through we will make our way to ibis Sydney Airport Hotel where we will stay the night.

Shuttle transfer from hotel to Domestic airport for our flight to Ballina. 2Met on arrival in Ballina airport and transferred back home.

Tour Cost: Total tour cost reflected in this brochure is per person twin share. Single Supplement applies.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation.
Final payment: The final payment, plus single supplement (if applicable) must be received 75 days prior to departure or as advised at the time of the booking.
Payment methods: Payment can be made by cash, cheque, direct deposit and credit card. Credit Cards incur a 1.0% surcharge above the tour cost. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note no foreign credit cards can be accepted for payment.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, you agree to pay the cancellation fees listed on the Casino Travel Shoppe Schedule of Service Items and Fees. In addition, you agree to be liable for all supplier cancellation fees.
Travel insurance is compulsory and provides protection against most legitimate reasons for cancellation. Your deposit is non refundable. Once you have made the final payment, the full payment is non-refundable. The client is responsible for cancellation fees immediately confirmation of arrangements is conveyed verbally or in writing to you as the client.
Refunds: Once the departure is reached, cancellations for unused services/vouchers are not refundable. Refunds cannot be authorised by service providers.
Amendment Fees: Once tour reservations are confirmed changes will attract a minimum fee of $330 per client file, plus fees applied by airlines and other service providers.
Late bookings: Bookings made within 25 days of departure may require an additional fee. Details of the fee if applied will be advised at the time of requesting your reservation. Additional airfare costs may also be necessary and will also be passed on at the time of your booking request.
Late payment: In some instances suppliers impose a late payment fee, should the late payment be due to the failure of the client to pay by the due date this fee may be passed on as an additional amount payable above the tour cost advertised.
Document reissue: A fee of $330 dollars will apply to reissue and dispatch of documents
Departure date: The departure date is the date selected for this tour. The tour will be operated by a Supplier/s commencing on the date stipulated in the itinerary and the Casino Travel Shoppe group will form part of the overall Supplier departure for this tour. Should this tour date change, clients will be offered alternate departure dates. Where a client is affected by a departure date change, then the client’s consent as to alternatives will be sought.
Prices: All prices and amounts quoted are current at the time of publication. Airfares, taxes, fuel surcharges, and currency fluctuations as well as land content costs from suppliers can change at any time and are beyond our control and the control of suppliers of product offered. Any changes in price affecting the client will be advised immediately they become known. Regrettably in some instances the change is not advised in time to protect the client from additional cost for the tour.
Not included: Charges for excess luggage, personal services, gratuities (unless stated in the departure itinerary), laundry, drinks, meals except as specified, pre travel documentation unless stated in the departure itinerary), personal accident and medical expenses including all communication charges incurred on the passengers behalf
Tour operator’s responsibility: The supplier/s and its/their associated companies or agents act in the capacity as agent for the suppliers of transportation and tour operation services. Seasonal variation in airline, transport and accommodation services may necessitate minor variations to itineraries and hotel standards. Any variation inconsistent with the applicable tour described in this brochure or the Supplier’s brochure/website will be discussed and agreed with the client
Quotations for tours are subject to tariff and exchange rate variations and may differ from prices quoted in this brochure and that of the Supplier.
The Supplier/s and other eligible parties shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, accident, loss, and delay in respect of any person or property. In this clause “eligible parties” shall include any carrier, tour operator or other provider of any service in respect of a tour and for the purpose of conferring the benefit of this clause upon eligible parties. The exclusion of liability contained in this clause shall be subject to all statutory warranties. These conditions of booking shall form part of the contract between the client and the Supplier/s. Where a carrier notifies conditions of carriage on any ticket, coupon or brochure, then the client shall be bound by those conditions.
Cancellation: The Supplier/s reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time any booking made for any client and in such an event the Supplier/s shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage to a client provided that the client shall be entitled to a full refund in respect of any monies paid.
Holiday costs: Tour costs are a gross amount including all services stipulated and itinerary planning, currency transfers, booking procedures and communication costs. Unless agreed by the Supplier/s, no itemised costing will be provided
Conditions of booking: By instructing Casino Travel Shoppe or the Supplier/s directly, either verbally or in writing to proceed with Reservations on your behalf, you, the client shall be taken to have accepted these conditions of booking as binding.
Fully Escorted Conditions**
A member of the Casino Travel Shoppe staff will accompany this tour as long as a minimum of 20 passengers are booked on this tour. Should the required numbers not be reached the tour will operate as normal with national and local guides. All items mentioned in the itinerary will be provided however you will complete the international flights unaccompanied. All transfers will be provided within Australia and at your destination.

Health and immigration:

Each person travelling internationally shall carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity at all times. Passports and Visas are your personal responsibility.
