Visit Danggu Geikie Gorge National Park and explore the impressive gorge by foot which was carved by the Fitzroy River through an ancient limestone barrier reef. Look out for wildlife including freshwater crocodiles and the rare, white-bellied sea eagle.

Note: Danggu Geikie Gorge Walk is currently closed and set to open in June 2024, should there be a delay in the opening, please note this experience will not be visited and free time will be offered instead.

Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 3 Halls Creek – Purnululu National Park
Leave Halls Creek and venture to Purnululu National Park, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site – The Bungle Bungles.

Day 4 The Bungle Bungles
A full day has been set aside for you to explore Australia’s iconic Purnululu National Park.

Day 6 Fitzroy Crossing – Broome
Today sees your return to Broome but not before a visit to Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge.

Carved by the Lennard River, Bandilngan (Windjana Gorge) is over three kilometres long with 300m high walls. At the base of the gorge, deep freshwater pools surrounded by native fig, cajeput and Leichardt trees attract flocks of corellas, fruit bats and freshwater crocodiles.
